  Really professional service. Miller's Septic Service is everything I would expect from professionals and more. We called them on a Saturday around 12:30 pm. We made contact with the office and they told us the "on call" crew was out on a job, that they could be there that day and they would contact us. They called at 1:20 pm, and said they could be there just before 2 pm. It is difficult to get to our place, we have a wooden bridge with a 3 ton limit and though there is a back way in, you are not likely to know it. They knew of it, they arrived 3 minutes before 2 pm and proceeded to take care of the problem. We rent and didn't even know where the septic tank was. They trouble shot the problem, explained what they were doing, took care of the problem. They even answered all of my questions, without laughing! They were on their way before 4 pm and we are very pleased. The office even called on Monday to make sure everything was taken care of and that we weren't have any additional problems. In today's business environment this level of professionalism is rare (if you have ever tried to deal with a certain propane company in Gloucester, VA you know what I am talking about),. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for septic service.
